THE PARTY BARN

3- Hour Rentals

$350 + tax

2:00pm-5:00pm 


All Day Rentals

$600 + tax

Alcohol, fireworks, smoking, and pets are prohibited


Children must be accompanied by adults at all times


Permanent/damaging decorations are not allowed (nails, paint, etc.)

  • Small thumbtacks and scotch tape are okay

Piñatas, confetti, glitter and other “messy” activities are not allowed


Any party food is not to be fed to any animals


Up to 2 vehicles are allowed to park down at the party barn area for unloading and loading supplies. These vehicles will remain parked in the party barn area until the end of the event. Please have these vehicles arrive at the same time so we can lessen the amount of times vehicles need to drive through the farm while operating. 


Please be courteous and clean the space when done

  • Put all garbage in bins, sweep floors, remove all décor
  • Staff will come at the end to fully clean and disinfect

The party host is responsible for any damage done to the rental barn and surrounding areas


10am-1pm OR 2pm-5pm - $350

Your group has access to the barn rental during your booked time frame. The party host may arrive 15 minutes prior to your timeframe for any extra set up. Party guests must wait until the host arrives to gain access to the rental area. 


Your group is to be out of the rental area by the end of your booked time; however you are welcome to stay on the general farm grounds throughout operating hours. 


30 guests

  • Your rental includes 30 guests. The immediate host family and guests 2 and under do not count towards the guest count. Any extra guests over the 30 person limit pay a discounted admission of $10.
  • Each guest will receive a wristband at check in so we know they are with the party. 

10 veggie buckets

  • Ten veggie buckets are included with your party barn rental. Veggie buckets are used to feed the farm animals. The host or guests are welcome to purchase extra the day of the event

60 Guests

20 veggie buckets

  • 20 veggie buckets are included with your party barn rental. Veggie buckets are used to feed the farm animals. The host or guests are welcome to purchase extra the day of the event

Payment

  • The host will pay a non-refundable $100 deposit to secure their date & time slot on our calendar. The remainder of the rental is due a week before the rental date. 
  • An event waiver form is to be signed at time of booking 
  • Any extras (more veggie buckets or fishing) will be paid the day of the party. Extras can be paid for by either the party host or the individual guests.
  • We can hold the hosts ID and start a ‘party tab’ the day of the rental (similar to a bar tab). This tab will be used to add anything the host would like to cover (extra guests, veggie buckets, etc).


Discounts

  • 15% off party barn rental for members of the farm. If you are a current member of the farm, please book your date/time then email us to receive your discount. Memberships are purchased in person at the farm. Ask us more during your next visit!
  • $1 off each fish caught (if party decides to fish)
  • $10 admission for any guests over the party limit

Cancellation Policy

Due to popularity, once booked and on our calendar the party barn rental is non-refundable. We do not offer a cancelation policy due to weather. Rescheduling is not guaranteed as it depends on availability and staff scheduling. Booking is done on a first come, first booked basis.
